A syrup is simply sugar and water, but ingredients and process make our product stand out. We make our syrup using a blend of white and brown cane sugar and clean, double-filtered water, then infuse it with real vanilla beans imported from Madagascar, prized for their light, floral vanilla profile--you can instantly tell the moment you smell our syrup!We then prepare the syrup using our proprietary techniques and processes. Yes, we're actually serious about this. Through trial and error, we have developed a unique production process.

❓ FAQ

➡️Why do I see black or brown things in the syrup?
The dark specks you see are natural vanilla seeds and pod scrapings. This is real vanilla extraction from real vanilla beans. They add depth of flavor and are completely edible.The dig at our competitors: our competitors use a longer steep time to get away with using less vanilla, and some even filter the final product or use artificial flavorings and vanilla extracts to cover up their lower quality or shortcuts for using little to no vanilla beans. Our mentality is to put the entire whole bean and all of its parts in the syrup and allow the flavors to continue to develop even while it's in your hands.

➡️Is this all-natural, gluten-free, and vegan?
Our ingredients are sugars, water, vanilla beans, and citric acid. Citric acid is produced via fermentation and is considered vegan.

➡️Why is this expensive?
We use an insane amount of vanilla beans per batch when compared to competitors, to avoid using artificial flavors or vanilla extract. We use real Grade A imported vanilla beans. These choices raise costs, but they reflect our values of quality. We’re not trying to be the cheapest syrup, but the best-tasting, and we think we've got it nailed.

➡️Can I reuse the vanilla bean in the bottle?
We haven't had good outcomes with this, probably not. 

➡️How much should I get?
We find that 500mL lasts one person for a few months when used regularly on weekdays for a latte. 

➡️Can I get a different flavor?
Yep! We can make per-request artisanal syrups out of fresh fruits, herbs, or plants/vegetables.
